The burger and onion ring were very tasty, but were served barely warm. My buger, ordered medium, was well done (but not charred, so that was a positive). The sweet potato fries were quite tasty, but sadly barely warm. The cobb salad was on iceburg lettuce and my burger, which I had requested without a bun, also had one piece of iceburg lettuce with it, as well as a snort quarter of a pickle on the plate. She left and probably 15 minutes later the wings came out - there were 5 pretty naked wings and 2 pieces of short celery, so when the server (not our waitress) asked if we needed anything else, as she started to turn away, I quickly said, "Yes, I'd like some ice for my tea and also some buffalo sauce for the wings." Those came out pretty quickly, and all was still pretty fine, except after eating one wing, which was warm but not at all hot, the burger and cobb salad came out. Our waitress stoppe back and asked if we were ready to order (?) and we reiterated what had already been ordered and I added a cheeseburger that had bacon and onion ring, done medium, with sweet potato fries. Many minutes later she came out with our iced teas that were luke warm with only a few remaining ice cubes, so I assumed the always made their iced tea fresh, which I found odd. After a bit of a wait, our server came over and we ordered 2 unsweetened iced teas and buffalo wings to start, and my husband also ordered a Cobb salad - I was undecided, so we asked her to just put that part of the order in. The staff was clearly very busy and not focused on high service, but rather seemed to be barely holding it together. It was much smaller than I imagined, but it was packed so our expectations were still high. and was impressed enough that they demanded quality sourcing of their food that we just chose to go. I went to their website and read the "Our Story" section. We needed lunch, and since we are trying to eat qualtiy-sourced foods for our health these days, I searched Google for "Farm to Table Lunch Near Me Open Now" and this restaurant came up.
